Shipping policy

Unknownskollections does not offer any refunds or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE . Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo evidence. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment. Shipping and processing time: 

Each item is handmade. Therefore, processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

Unknowns Kollection is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 10% restock fee. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee*.

*NOTE : Shipping fees vary by the weight of the package.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:

Unknowns Kollections offers package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded.
For orders NOT covered by package protection: Unknowns kollections is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Any questions can be emailed to
